Bendigo Accident Repair Centre is a member of the VACC and has a close professional working relationship with all major insurance companies. In the event of an accident and you need to make a claim, you may be asked to visit our repair shop. If not, please ask that the ‘request’ for repairs be sent to us. Our team will make sure that your claim and repair are processed efficiently and as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if you need our services, you have probably already had a stressful experience, so we are there to help you every step of the way.

Our repair shop is equipped with the latest in repair and paint technologies. We have a Car-O-Liner system which allows our technicians to measure and align your car to the original factory specifications.

If your vehicle requires a towing service, we can arrange for it to be towed from where you had the accident (through accident allocation) to our repair shop at no cost to you with a claim number.

We will arrange everything with the towing company, so you need not worry.

Furthermore, we have our own tow truck which can pick your vehicle up from your home should you feel it is unsafe to drive.

Bendigo Accident Repair Centre is located close to a bus stop but if you need a lift, we can arrange an UBER on your behalf to take you to your home or place of work.

We will be in touch with you within a week of completion to ensure that you are happy with the work carried out on your vehicle.
